Weekend:
Friday-Drive to St. George, arrive at 11 PM, order nasty Dominoes Pizza
Saturday-Questionable continental breakfast, photograph wedding at 11, lunch with hubs at Painted Pony (best burger ever) and ice cream at Blue Bunny, work on pictures,
back to wedding at 6, hotel at 10, bed at midnight
Sunday-Breakfast at the Bear Paw (don't judge), drive home, caprese sandwich picnic in the park
It was a quick and dirty weekend, but enjoyable. I loved the wedding and even though I was working, it was fun to get away.
Thanks Scott for being along for the ride.
P.S. St. George is hot!

{The Great Sno-Cone Challenge of 2009}
I challenged Scott this weekend to see if we could eat, between the two of us, all of the Sno-Cone flavors this summer.
He seemed slightly hesitant, but what man turns down a challenge like this? Not my man.
We are already dividing up the ucky flavors between us (I don't like Root Beer, he doesn't like Pina Colada). Scott wonders if he can eat all the flavors at once, but I said that is cheating. We need to come up with a flavor maximum per serving.
While we are at it, we are going to try the various sno-cone shacks around. Any suggestions on prime spots?

{In Between}
I have been squeezing into my regular clothes for about a month now. I might have nearly almost passed out at a wedding due to the new tightness of my favorite wedding skirt (or maybe I just got a little dizzy).
Anyway, I broke down and bought some maternity clothes. They arrived in the mail a couple of days ago, and as Scott said, "They're like grown-up kids clothes." This would be in reference to the elastic waistbands. I think that is slightly better than a younger version of grandma clothes--maybe the only time it is okay to be 30 and wear stretchy band pants.
Either way, they're comfy. A little too comfy, perhaps. I tried them out for the first time for a photoshoot yesterday and my pants were falling down (long shirt, hid important areas).
Moral of the story? Maybe that it is better to wear too tight pants than no pants.

{More Strange Dreams}
A couple of days ago I dreamt that Oliver was pregnant and due the same time as me.
I was all like, "oh Buddy, how exciting is that!"
This is strange because he is a male, neutered dog.
My dream also involved getting my car repaired at the auto mechanic shop at the library...oh, you didn't know there was an auto shop at the library.
Where have you been?
