This story is funny.
Never underestimate the power of the wedgie (when I was little we called it a Melvin).
Scott is famous for his hookey with a double snookey. I guess school yard lessons can come in handy when fighting crime--oooh, can't you just imagine a Wedgie Super Hero?

We called it all sorts of things. A Melvin a Mervin, a Wedgie. That story is bizzare. The guy must not have looked like much of a threat.
Perhaps you have next years Halloween costume? It's a bird, it's a plane..
I very much enjoyed this story, I would hope that I would have the wedgie power if that happened to me!
